STEP 1 of tour , The Raw Materials
| The raw products are formed into usable pieces by a
process called Injection molding. Then the pieces are assembled to make
the final product... the Direct Read Dosimeter. This takes about 5 weeks from
start to finish. |

There are 26 individual pieces that are fitted together to make the pocket
dosimeter. Arrow-Tech does most of its own machining in making the tools
that produce the individual pieces.
